The content exists. The identity is wrong.
Every page loads, nothing is blocked, the domain and certificate are correct, and both offices have a proper location page. The problems are in the layer Google reads to decide what this business is, how to reach it, and who stands behind the advice — and in a blog built for volume rather than for patients.
Four nearby practices were measured with the same script on the same day. Only one of them — The Green Dental Studio, on SE 4th Ave in the same 33316 ZIP code — tells Google it is a dentist. None of the four has dedicated location pages, and none comes close to this site's volume of treatment content.
Florida Smiles already owns the hard part: two real addresses, two location pages with correct Dentist markup, and sixteen service pages. Correcting one plugin setting and adding a heading to the homepage would put it ahead of every measured competitor on the two signals where it is currently behind. Start there, then turn the blog into an asset.
Every finding carries a confidence label.
They separate what can be acted on today from what needs an instrument nobody has connected yet. Each finding also shows what the site actually served, so any claim here can be checked without taking our word for it.
Three defects in what Google is told.
All three are settings or template edits inside WordPress. No redesign, no migration.
The practice is described as a gym, with an agency email and the wrong hours
The organization block that the SEO plugin (Rank Math) prints on 157 of 176 pages declares the business type HealthClub — schema.org's type for a gym or fitness club. Only the two location pages say Dentist.
The same block gives the business email as Hello@ryznagency.com, an agency address, on all 176 pages; and opening hours of Monday to Sunday, 9:00–17:00, while both location pages show and declare Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Structured data is how Google and AI assistants confirm what a business is, when it is open and how to reach it. Here the sitewide answer contradicts the location pages on all three.

Two phone numbers for Lighthouse Point, on every page
A block present on all 176 pages reads "Lighthouse Point: (954) 934-2466" and its call button dials +19549342466. The same pages, the Lighthouse Point location page and its structured data all use (954) 943-2466.
One of the two is a transposed digit. A patient who taps the wrong one does not reach the practice, and a phone that does not match the Google Business Profile weakens the local consistency signal.

No main heading on the homepage or on any dentist profile
22 pages have no H1: the homepage, all eleven /doctor/ profiles, /blog/, /booking-page/, /ask-a-question/, /accessibility/, /lighthouse-point-insurance-memberships/, /dental-implants-promotions-lighthouse-point/, /thank-you/ and the three /rate-our-office pages.
The homepage is the page most likely to rank for "dentist Fort Lauderdale" and "dentist Lighthouse Point", and its strongest heading is a slogan, printed twice as an H2.

Five that decide whether the content earns anything.
A large blog that is thin, repetitive and unlinked
110 articles published on a fixed rhythm — four to nine a month from March 2025 to August 2026. Measured on the article body alone: median 299 words, 101 under 500, nine over 800.
109 of 110 mention only Lighthouse Point; none is written for Fort Lauderdale. Topics repeat: three separate articles on what to expect from a dental crown, eleven on implants.
Measured from the saved pages, 104 of the 110 articles receive one or no links from any other page on the site. They are reachable through the sitemap and little else.
Likely impact: many short pages on the same question compete with each other and with the service pages, and Google holds health content to a high bar for depth and expertise.

The dentists are invisible as experts
All eleven provider profiles are marked up as an Article written by "Florida Smiles Dental Editorial Team". No page describes a dentist as a person with a degree, a role and an office. All 110 articles are credited to the same editorial team.
For health topics Google looks for who wrote or reviewed the advice. Eleven credentialed clinicians are this practice's strongest trust asset, and none of them is connected to its content.

Treatments with articles but no service page
Patients search for treatments by name and city. The site has articles on veneers (7), teeth whitening (6), crowns (7), dentures (2) and bonding (2), but none of these has a page under /services/. Cosmetic dentistry is a single general page.
For "veneers Fort Lauderdale" or "teeth whitening Lighthouse Point", the best the site can offer Google is a 300-word article.

Campaign and utility pages are indexable, in the sitemap, and nearly identical between the two offices. /thank-you/ and /booking-page/ are indexable too.

The homepage carries 4.2 MB of images, mostly review avatars
Most images are lazy-loaded, which is good. The weight is in what they are: Google reviewer profile photos in the reviews widget at 200–270 KB each, and dentist portraits served as ~220 KB JPGs for a 500-pixel slot.
The HTML is not cached at the Cloudflare edge, and the homepage takes about a second to start answering.
Not measured: Core Web Vitals. Payload predicts loading speed; it is not loading speed.

Our probe first reported every page as orphaned. It counts only relative links, and this site writes absolute ones. Counting both from the saved HTML gave the real picture: 35 pages linked from the navigation or footer of nearly every page, and 120 pages with one or no links in — 104 of them articles.
Our first word count gave every article exactly 295 words. A count with zero variance is the instrument, not the content: the extractor had landed on a block shared by every page. Re-extracted from the article body itself, the median is 299 and the range runs from 270 to 3,645. Both corrections were made before this report was written.

Domain authority and keyword rankings. We hold no backlink-tool licence and none has been validated here. Scraped search positions vary by location, history, device and minute; position data comes from Search Console once it is connected.
A fifth practice was excluded. fldentalstudio.com, listed in directories at 301 SE 16th St, currently redirects to an unrelated gambling website. That is a fact about its domain today, not a competitor to benchmark.
What the benchmark actually says
- Nobody in this set is technically strong. Four of five homepages, Florida Smiles included, have no H1.
- Green Dental Studio is the one to watch in 33316. It is the only practice that declares itself a Dentist with a rating, although 15 of its 17 homepage images lack an alt attribute.
- Florida Smiles is the only one with location pages. That is the multi-office architecture the others lack, already built.
- The gap is fixable in a week. Correct business type sitewide and a homepage H1 put Florida Smiles ahead on every row where it is behind today.
Grouped by intent and evidence.
No keyword tool and no Search Console yet, so volume and difficulty are Not measured. These come from the treatments the site offers and the two markets it serves. Once Search Console is connected, this section is replaced with real query data.

What this document does not know.
- Coverage. The 176 URLs in the four public sitemaps. Pages outside the sitemap were not crawled.
- Served, not rendered. All measurements are of served HTML. WordPress with Elementor renders its content on the server, so this is sound for crawling. Anything injected purely in the browser is Not measured.
- Competitor set. Four practices in the same ZIP codes, found through public directories. Representative, not exhaustive.
- No rank, no volume, no authority scores anywhere in this document, by design.
- Google Business Profiles. Categories, reviews, photos and the phone numbers they show are Blocked pending access.
- Which phone number is right cannot be established from the website. Only the practice knows.
Provenance. Measured 2026-10-23. Read-only throughout — no page, form, profile or index was touched, and requests were spaced two seconds apart.
